Commissioner Kellar reported having no further communication with SHA in reference to planting trees along the front of the park.  Commissioner Rittelmeyer reported receiving an email inquiring on a sign for reforestation in the park and he informed them there is no concern with the sign.

Two Frederick County representatives were in attendance to discuss Livable Frederick with the Council.  A handout was provided and reviewed.

Commissioner Rittelmeyer opened discussion on POS grant funds.  He asked for ideas on what POS monies could be used for.

Commissioner Rittelmeyer reported speaking with a gentleman in Walkersville in reference to overhauling the town’s website.  He would like to use the $4,000 in the budget that is dedicated for the website.  The Council agreed to use the dedicated funds for the website.
