Council Meetings
Council Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month at the meeting room behind St. Johns Church, 8. N. Second St. These public meetings start at 7:00 PM. The public is encouraged to attend. Please contact the Town Office at least two (2) weeks prior to a Council Meeting if you would like to get a topic on the agenda.
Planning and Zoning
Regularly scheduled Woodsboro Planning & Zoning Meetings are held on the first Monday each month at the meeting room behind St. Johns Church, 8. N. Second St. The public is welcome to attend these meetings, which start at 6:00 PM.
Woodsboro Planning & Zoning Meetings are held on the first Monday of the month as needed at 6:00 PM at the meeting room behind St. Johns Church, 8. N. Second St. Please contact the town office to be added to the agenda one (1) month prior to the meeting if you have business to discuss. If there are no topics brought forth to be placed on the agenda 1 month before this meeting, the committee will not meet that month.

September 22, 2014
The regular scheduled Workshop Meeting of the Woodsboro Town Council was held today at the Town Hall with the following members present:
Burgess Smith, Commissioners Trimmer and Spruill.
Absent from the meeting was Commissioners Kellar and Rittelmeyer.
Burgess Smith called the meeting to order and led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance.
There was three guests in attendance.
Guests Steve Trout, John Trout and their Attorney Mr. Clay Martz was in attendance to discuss the property at the south end of town. Discussion was held on traffic patterns, water availability and the amount of townhomes to be built. Council did not want to give input on what the town would like to see be done due to lack of Council members in attendance.
Commissioner Spruill reported on looking at some of the crack sealing work being done. He feels there is a lot of waste and missed cracks. Burgess Smith will look at the work.
Commissioner Trimmer asked that the path in the park that is between Copper Oaks Court and the white bridge be cleaned up; there is mud on it. Burgess Smith will speak with the maintenance men to get this done.
Burgess Smith opened discussion on an emailed complaint from a resident in reference to the crack sealing crew. Burgess Smith will contact the company with concerns.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
