Under unfinished business, Commissioner Case reported on the streetlights for Knotty Alder Court. Commissioner Case and Burgess Barnes both called Potomac Edison concerning the project and both were told a new work order had to be submitted.

Commissioner Cutshall had nothing to report.

Commissioner Hahn reported that the Christmas light decoration contest had to be moved from December 18th to December 16th due to a conflict in schedules. She also reported on a contact wanting to start a farmers market in the park.

Commissioner Case had nothing to report.

Commissioner Rittelmeyer reported the pond project is complete. A resident asked if the muck that was pulled out would be hauled away. She was informed it will be as soon as the ground is firm enough for the trucks and equipment to drive over the grounds.

Under comments from the public, Rick Bontz, N. Main Street, had concerns with the flags at the Memorial Park on the north side of town. He feels the state and town flags are too low. He was informed that as long as they are lower than the US flag they are in compliance.
