There was one guest and two residents in attendance.

After review of the January 2023 financials, a motion to accept them as presented passed 4 – 0.

Under unfinished business, Burgess Barnes gave an update on the new town hall, briefing those in attendance of a meeting held with the architects, contractor, town clerk and himself. Commissioner Rittelmeyer inquired on the application for the $400,000 grant. Burgess Barnes informed him the application has been processed.

Reports from the Commissioners:

Commissioner Rittelmeyer reported on broken windows in the park bathroom by pavilion three.

Commissioner Case asked if anyone had given any thought on putting up No Thru Traffic, One Way or mirrors. A brief discussion was held and Commissioner Cutshall thought putting up Slow signs on each end of the alley would help. No decision was made.

Commissioner Eckenrode had nothing to report.

Commissioner Cutshall inquired about the manhole covers on Main Street. Burgess Barnes informed him they meet code and we were not going to spend the funds on them.

Burgess Barnes reported a vehicle parked on Cornell Drive. He was informed it was a commercial vehicle. He asked if anyone else had any complaints. The Town Clerk informed him there was one complaint come in at the town hall. The vehicle is not in violation of a code because it is not a commercial vehicle.
